Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 8 large potato (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 small eggplant (s)
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 20 olives your choice
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Divide the chicken into nice pieces, wash and pat dry.
  2. Line a deep baking sheet with aluminum foil. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, curry and paprika powder and spread on the baking sheet.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces that are not too small, clean the carrots, zucchini, aubergine, onions and peppers, peel them if necessary and cut them into pieces that are not too small. Peel and slice the garlic.
  4. Spread all the cut vegetables on the baking sheet. Add the olives (any variety is possible). Halve the lemon, squeeze one half and drizzle over the ingredients in the tray, cut the other half into slices and place on the baking sheet. Then season everything well with salt, pepper, curry, thyme and paprika. Finally, pour a little water into the mold and generously pour olive oil over the whole thing. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Ciabatta or herb baguette goes well with it.
