Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 200 g ham, air-dried (e.. Serrano or Parma ham)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes

For the sauce:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons cane sugar
  • 15 g basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and let it cool (if you are in a hurry, you can quench it with cold water). Cut the ham into strips or tear by hand and fry in the pan without oil and leave to cool. Either halve or slice the tomatoes, depending on their size. Then mix all the ingredients together.
  2. For the sauce, crush 2 cloves of garlic and mix with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons of cane sugar and the finely chopped basil until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Mix the sauce with the salad ingredients and let it steep a little. Stir again before serving.
