  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 5 large tomato (s)
  • 1 packet rocket
  • 4 packs spice mix for salad (garden herbs with garlic or wild garlic shallot)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and rocket into small pieces. Mix everything together. Prepare the salad topping according to the instructions (I usually use 1-2 spoons more water and oil), stir in the crème fraîche, sugar and crushed garlic cloves. Mix everything properly and enjoy.
