  • 2 tomato (s) (Tomato al Gusto)
  • 2 cups cream
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 pack ham, air-dried.
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the fillet and pat dry, cut through if necessary
  2. Salt and pepper the fillet, wrap the ham and place in a baking dish
  3. Mix the Tomato al Gusto with the cream and, if necessary, add seasoning to the meat.
  4. At 200 degrees. Cook in the oven for 40 minutes.
  5. French fries or pasta and a green salad are served with it
