In summer, you always want lightness and freshness! This easy-to-prepare Italian salad is perfect for an afternoon snack or dinner in hot weather.

Ingredients
Ham – 200 Grams
Edam Cheese – 200 Grams
Tomatoes – 100 Grams (Red)
Sweet pepper – 1 Piece (Yellow)
Tagliatelle – 200 Grams (Any durum pasta will do)
Parsley – 5 Grams
Dill – 5 Grams
Basil – 5 Grams (Fresh Green)
Olives – 30 Grams (Pitted)
Mayonnaise – 80 Grams
Directions
Cut the cheese into strips and transfer to a bowl.
Cut the ham into strips and add to the cheese.
Cut the tomatoes into half-circle slices and add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Next, cut the bell peppers into strips and add to the cooking utensils.
Cook the tagliatelle (pasta) in lightly salted water and drain with a colander. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl.
Add a small amount of mayonnaise, transfer the resulting mass to a salad bowl and decorate with dill, parsley, basil and olives chopped in half.
