Italian Salad with Cheese and Pasta Ingredients

  • Ham – 200 Grams
  • Edam Cheese – 200 Grams
  • Tomatoes – 100 Grams (Red)
  • Sweet pepper – 1 Piece (Yellow)
  • Tagliatelle – 200 Grams (Any durum pasta will do)
  • Parsley – 5 Grams
  • Dill – 5 Grams
  • Basil – 5 Grams (Fresh Green)
  • Olives – 30 Grams (Pitted)
  • Mayonnaise – 80 Grams

Italian Salad with Cheese and Pasta Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into strips and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Cut the ham into strips and add to the cheese.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into half-circle slices and add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Next, cut the bell peppers into strips and add to the cooking utensils.

  4. Cook the tagliatelle (pasta) in lightly salted water and drain with a colander. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl.
  5. Add a small amount of mayonnaise, transfer the resulting mass to a salad bowl and decorate with dill, parsley, basil and olives chopped in half.
