Italian Salad with Crab Sticks

Today we are preparing the “Italian” salad with crab sticks – an unusual combination of sticks and dried meat, with the addition of pepper and tomato, gives a simply amazing result. The salad is delicious!

Ingredients

  • Dried meat or breast – 150 grams (you can take the breast boiled, smoked)
  • Crab sticks – 80 Grams
  • Sweet pepper – 100 Grams
  • Tomatoes – 100 Grams
  • Mayonnaise – 40 Grams
  • Cheese – 50 grams (hard)
  • Salt – Gram
  • Pepper – Gram

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Cut the jerky into small cubes.
  3. Also, dice the crab sticks.
  4. Rinse and dry the tomato, cut into cubes.
  5. Put the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, add the sweet pepper cut into strips.
  6. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and transfer to the salad. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
