Ingredients
- 1 bunch rocket
- 1 head radicchio
- 150 g parmesan, sliced
- 150 g rapes, red, halved, seedless if possible
- salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed through

- Wash the salads and spin dry, pluck the radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix a strong marinade from salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic and mix with the salad.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan and grapes over the salad.
- Serve with crispy ciabatta bread.
