Ingredients

  • 500 g pork, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini
  • 100 g beans, frozen reen
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g tomato peppers
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup, curry
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix, Italian
  • 1 tablespoon broth, instant granulated

Instructions

  1. First cut the meat into thin strips and put them in a bowl with the oil. To do this, add the spices (including the spice mixture)
  2. Now cover the meat and put it in the fridge overnight.
  3. Then the vegetables are cleaned and, if necessary (beans do not need to be cut into small pieces), everything is diced. Sauté in a preheated pan and season to taste - but be careful, because if you add the vegetables to the roasted meat afterwards, you don`t spice too much. However, if you prefer to serve the vegetables separately, you can season them to your heart`s content.
  4. Now sear the meat evenly brown on all sides on the highest setting and then pour 3 cups of water and add the stock, as well as the mustard and ketchup. Let this boil and - now comes my variant - now add the vegetables.
  5. If you like, you can now add a cup of cream.
  6. Prepare the pasta - and I leave it to everyone to choose according to their taste - according to the instructions on the packet and serve everything together.
