Ingredients

  • 350 g meat
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 5 medium potato (s)
  • 1 eggplant (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), (850 ml)
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), dried
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • salt
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince with the crushed garlic cloves and the onion in olive oil. Add the raw vegetables cut into cubes and sauté briefly. Add the tomatoes and the crumbled chili peppers, season with plenty of salt and cook over a medium flame with the lid closed for about 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally. If necessary, serve freshly grated Parmesan.
