Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 75 ml vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 600 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 pot fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 50 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into bite-sized pieces and spread on a baking sheet. Pour the olive oil and the peeled and diced garlic on top. Brown everything in the oven at 200 ° C, possibly also switch on the grill.
  2. Then fill the bread cubes in a bowl.
  3. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Sweat in a little oil until translucent, pour in the vinegar and spread everything over the bread.
  4. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and add to the bread with the torn basil and parmesan.
  5. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
