Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • some oregano
  • some basil
  • some thyme
  • some rosemary
  • some tarragon
  • salt and pepper
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • possibly cream

Instructions

  1. Finely cut and dice all ingredients. First fry the onion with the garlic and the carrot pieces in the olive oil. Then add tomato paste. Also add the zucchini, bell pepper and mushrooms. Then add the tomatoes and season. Don`t forget sugar! If you like it, you can refine the sauce with a little cream. Let the sauce simmer on a low level for about 1-2 hours.
