Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, red
  • 10 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 teaspoons basil
  • 1 garlic, pressed
  • Teaspoon salt, coarse, ground colored pepper
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, dried or fresh
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil with vinegar and honey until foamy and season with garlic, basil etc.
  2. Roll the zucchini in the marinade. Let it steep for an hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Then fry in the 5 tablespoons of olive oil for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
