Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, halve lengthways and cut into small slices. Fry in hot olive oil. Finely dice the garlic and add to it. Salt and pepper everything and fry for about 10 minutes.
  2. Finally fold in the chopped basil and grate the parmesan over it. Mix again and serve immediately.
  3. Tip: Take off the heat after adding the basil.
