Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200 g salami
  • 8 clove (s) garlic
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon broth, liquid
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions.
  2. Dice the Gouda, salami and tomatoes and place in a bowl. Peel and crush 8 cloves of garlic (if you like, use a garlic press) and add to the other ingredients. Peel the onions, chop them very finely and add them to the bowl as well. Also add the oil, vinegar, liquid stock, salt, pepper and herbs.
  3. Meanwhile, rinse the spaghetti and add to the ingredients in the bowl while it is still warm. Chill for about 1-2 hours until consumption and then serve.
  4. Tip: You can also add spring onions if you like.
