Ingredients

  • 4 large jacket potatoes, sliced (really big ones, also from the day before)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • some olive oil
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 150 ml BBQ sauce
  • 250 ml tomatoes, passed
  • Salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 200 g cheese, rated, e.., Gouda
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince in the oil until crumbly, add the onion and the garlic. Then stir in the tomatoes and the BBQ sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Season well with the spices to taste.
  2. Butter a baking dish and cover with potato slices, put half of the minced sauce on top and again potato slices and the rest of the sauce. If you want, you can add a little salt and pepper to the potato slices. Place in the oven at 175 ° C for approx. 20 minutes, then put the cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
  3. We like to have a salad with it.
