  • 500 g quark (20% fat)
  • 250 g quark (5% fat)
  • 1 ½ onion (s)
  • 5 tablespoon oil (linseed oil)
  • milk
  • Chives or onion leek
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Put the quark and about 4-6 tablespoons of linseed oil in a bowl. Add onions, chopped chives or onion leek and stir. If the quark is not creamy enough, add milk to make it creamy. Season to taste with salt.
  2. Cook the potatoes with a little salt, peel them and distribute them on plates. Serve the quark next to it or directly on top.
