- 6 medium potato (s)
- 500 g quark (20% fat)
- 250 g quark (5% fat)
- 1 ½ onion (s)
- 5 tablespoon oil (linseed oil)
- milk
- Chives or onion leek
- salt

- Put the quark and about 4-6 tablespoons of linseed oil in a bowl. Add onions, chopped chives or onion leek and stir. If the quark is not creamy enough, add milk to make it creamy. Season to taste with salt.
- Cook the potatoes with a little salt, peel them and distribute them on plates. Serve the quark next to it or directly on top.
