- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 1 onion (s), very finely diced
- salt and pepper
- 450 g jacket potato (s), small

- Boil the jacket potatoes.
- Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, peel them and cut them into small cubes.
- Mix the quark with oil, sour cream, lemon juice, onions, chives and egg and season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the cooked potatoes and enjoy with the quark.
