Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), iodized salt
  • 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 tablespoon salad cream (40% fat)
  • 2 tablespoon milk, low-fat
  • 100 g sprin onion (s)
  • 2 bunches chives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Mix the quark, salad cream and milk until creamy. Clean and dice the spring onions. Wash and finely chop the chives. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Fold everything into the quark and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Serve with the hot potatoes.
