Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • some pepper

For the sauce:

  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon water

Moreover:

  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 30 grams flour
  • some sesame
  • slice lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into pieces about 2 cm in size, place in a bowl, add salt, pepper and egg white and mix well. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and mix in a small bowl with the honey, water, soy sauce and a teaspoon of starch.
  3. Add the flour and starch to the meat and mix well until the whole meat is well covered.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan (enough to cover the meat about halfway) and cook the nuggets for about 3 minutes on both sides. Let something drain on kitchen paper or something similar.
  5. Stir the sauce mixture again and heat in a pan until it thickens and add the nuggets and turn in the sauce. To garnish, add some sesame seeds and, if necessary, lemon wedges.
