Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon water, or dashi broth
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, white
  • 2 tablespoon sesame paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, Japanese
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or other neutral vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil and then lightly pound in a mortar. Then mix with sesame paste, water, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
  2. Pour over the salad.
  3. Almost anything is suitable as a salad, I usually make lettuce with carrots.
