Jelly Dessert “Three Milk” with Cookies

Delicious condensed milk dessert with the most delicate custard and crunchy cookies. Jelly dessert is perfect for the New Year’s table and for any holiday. It’s insanely easy to cook and the taste is great. The kids will love it. A great way to surprise and delight guests!

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk with coffee or cocoa – 1 can
  • Condensed milk white – 1 can
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Gelatin – 2 teaspoon
  • Chocolate cookies (Oreo) – 15 pcs.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Corn starch – 2 tbsp

How to make “Three Milk” jelly dessert with cookies:

Directions

  1. Cooking the bottom layer: Soak 1 teaspoon of gelatin in 2 teaspoon. water and let it swell. After swelling, heat the gelatin until completely dissolved. Heat condensed milk with cocoa or coffee in the microwave or on the stove, mix with gelatin.
  2. Pour the bottom jelly layer over the bowls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preparing the cream: Mix 3/4 cup milk with sugar and vanilla sugar, send to heat on the stove.
  4. Beat the egg in a separate bowl, add the starch and the remaining milk there.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the heated milk in a thin stream and cook until thickened, stirring continuously. When the cream thickens, remove from heat and add butter. Pour the cream into a separate bowl, cover with cling film and let cool completely.
  6. Separate the cookies from the cream layer and grind them into not very fine crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle the bottom layer of frozen jelly with cookie crumbs.
  8. Pour a layer of cream on top.
  9. Sprinkle the cream with crushed cookies. Send to the refrigerator for another 20 minutes.
  10. In the meantime, make a white jelly layer from condensed milk – just like the bottom layer.
  11. Pour the top layer over the cookie crumbs. Send the jelly dessert to the refrigerator until it solidifies.
