Ingredients

  • 2 sachets jelly, red
  • 1 bag jelly, green
  • Sugar for jelly (according to package information)
  • 1 liter vodka, red
  • 0.5 liter ½ vodka, course

Instructions

  1. Prepare 50 plastic jars, each with a capacity of 4 cl, for this recipe.
  2. Mix the red vodka with the sugar and heat. Do not let it boil, otherwise the alcohol will be gone. Stir in the red jelly powder. Pour the jelly into the plastic glasses until they are about half full.
  3. Place the jars in the refrigerator until the jelly is firm (takes about 2 hours).
  4. Mix the clear vodka with the sugar and heat it up. Add the powder for the green jelly and stir. Lay the green jelly on top of the red. Put the jars back in the refrigerator.
  5. If you want to make it particularly nice, you can put a strawberry or perhaps lychees in each glass and only then fill in the jelly.
