Instructions

  1. Mix the jelly and cold water in a saucepan and let soak for 5 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and dissolve while stirring over low heat (do not boil!). Fill into 4 dessert glasses. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. Mix the cream, sauce powder and remaining sugar. Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan, remove from the hob. Stir in the mixed sauce powder and bring to the boil again. Let the vanilla sauce cool down. Stir several times in between so that no skin forms.
  3. Roast the almonds in a non-stick pan until golden. Immediately pour onto a plate and let cool down.
  4. Pour the vanilla sauce on the jelly and sprinkle with the roasted almonds.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
