How to cook Jerusalem artichoke caviar with green tomatoes:
Peel the Jerusalem artichoke and cut it into small pieces. Put in a saucepan with hot oil, cook with the lid open for 4-5 minutes.
Add chopped onion. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped peppers. We connect all the components, wait 3-5 minutes.
Cut the green tomatoes into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Add chili pieces. Stir, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
We introduce carrots and garlic, chopped on a grater. Cooking for 3-5 minutes.
