Instructions

  1. Peel the Jerusalem artichoke and apples thinly and roughly grate, squeeze the orange, add the juice to the fruits, add the zest of the orange, fold in the cream. Sweeten with honey as desired.
  2. A fruity salad that I like to enjoy in between meals. Also as a side dish or starter.
