Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 50 g peas (frozen)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 sachet rice, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Savory
  • thyme
  • Ground caraway

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat together with the diced onion in a large pan until brown. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the mushrooms, diced paprika and peas and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the cream, water and the remaining spices and bring to the boil. Finally add the cooked rice, season to taste again and serve sprinkled with parsley.
