  • 1 ½ kg grapes
  • 1 liter water
  • Sugar, optional

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes and remove worse grapes. Pour the water into the bottom of the pressure cooker (if the minimum is more, then a little more water). Then insert the steamer insert and fill in the grapes approximately up to the MAX line. If you like to drink the juice, you can sprinkle sugar over it.
  2. Close the pressure cooker and let it steam up. After reaching level 2, let the juice be extracted for 15 minutes. Let it evaporate.
  3. Remove the fruit without expressing it otherwise the juice will be very cloudy. Possibly strain the juice again through a fine sieve or let it through the coffee filter.
  4. Filling hot into bottles or processing further e.g., to jelly or jelly.
