Juice Jelly

This juice and gelatin jelly recipe is a godsend for anyone counting every calorie. And for children, jelly with juice is one of the healthiest desserts. Making jelly from the juice will take you a minimum of time. Pamper yourself and the kids.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin – 25 g
  • Orange juice – 2 glasses
  • (or apricot juice – 2 cups
  • or pineapple juice – 2 cups
  • or peach – 2 cups)
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Pour the gelatin with juice (orange, peach, pineapple, or apricot), leave for 1 hour.
  2. When the gelatin swells, add sugar and heat the mixture, stirring continuously, until the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil.
  3. Pour the finished jelly into portioned dishes and cool in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
  4. The juice jelly froze. You can serve.
