Juicy Beef Kebab with Pineapple

The simplest recipe for an exceptionally bright and tasty dish with a minimum of ingredients. Even those who are not a fan of pineapple with meat will agree that the food combination is excellent. For children, make kebabs on small skewers. Serve with rice or salad.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin – 500 g
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic – 1 clove
  • Sweet pepper, red, cut into 2 cm cubes – 1 pc.
  • Fresh pineapple, cut into small pieces – 2 cups

Directions

  1. Chop the meat and beat it well. Toss the garlic and soy sauce. Marinate meat in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in the water while the meat is marinating.
  3. String pieces of beef, pepper and pineapple on 8-10 skewers.
  4. Grill or barbecue the skewers, turning them occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until cooked as desired.
