Ingredients

For the ground:

For the filling:

  • 2 glasses sour cherries, pitted
  • 1 pack almond custard powder

For the sprinkles:

  • 80 g butter
  • 80 g suar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Process the ingredients for the base into a kneading dough and place in a well-greased baking pan, pull up the edge.
  2. Strain the sour cherries, collecting the juice. Spread the cherries on the floor. Using the pudding powder, cook a pudding from almost 1/2 liter of cherry juice according to the instructions on the packet. D.H. Instead of the milk listed in the instructions on the package, the cherry juice is used here. You don`t have to add sugar, the cherry juice is already sugared. Spread the cherry pudding on the cherries.
  3. For the crumble, put the sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Heat the butter in the pan and melt it. Then add to the bowl and use 2 forks to make crumbles. Spread the crumble on the cherry mixture.
  4. Bake at 175 degrees for just under an hour. When it`s really cold, remove it from the mold.
