Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and work in with the milk. Cover a springform pan with baking paper, place the dough on top and smooth it out. Spread the cherries on top.
  2. For the topping: Mix the sour cream, eggs and sugar until smooth. Pour the topping over the cherries.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Let cool on a wire rack. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
