Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until thick and creamy. Pour in the oil slowly. Mix the flour with the baking powder, almonds, lemon zest and vanilla extract and mix in quickly alternately with the yoghurt.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (21 x 11 cm) and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° for 45-50 minutes.
