  • Vegetable oil – for frying

  7. Preheat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Fry the cutlets over medium heat (even slightly less) on both sides, under the lid.

  8. We send all ready cutlets to one large frying pan or saucepan. Pour a little water on the bottom and simmer the cutlets a little more under the lid with minimal heating (10 minutes).
  9. Even if someone does not like onions, they cannot be found in these cutlets – they almost completely dissolve, leaving only lightness and juiciness.
