  • 150 g yourt (3.5%)
  • Vegetable oil, neutral (the empty 150 g yogurt cup full)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 300 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ bottle butter-vanilla flavor

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Fill the yogurt cup with oil and add it. Separate the eggs, put the yolks in the bowl. Stir everything well. Stir in the sugar spoon by spoon. Mix the flour and baking powder, also stir into the dough spoon by spoon. Add the butter and vanilla flavor. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold in.
  2. Line a loaf tin (30 cm) with baking paper or grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour in the dough. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C top / bottom heat on the 2nd rack from the bottom for approx. 60 minutes (chopstick test!).
  3. After baking, let the cake rest for about 20 minutes, then remove it from the tin.
  4. This sand cake doesn`t really deserve its name - it is super juicy even after a few days and by no means completely dry!
