Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order shown. First add salt and flaxseed to the water and then pour in.
Setting the bread maker:

- Whole grain program
- Color: light
If you bake immediately, use lukewarm water. If you bake with a time delay (timer), use cold water. Pour sourdough and yeast onto the mountain of flour and do not bring them into contact with water. If you use fresh sourdough, then do not reduce the amount of water by this amount, as is often stated.
After the last stirring phase, sprinkle flour over the dough (icing sugar shaker).
After the bread is ready, leave the machine and let it sit for 1 hour.
Tip:
Organic products taste much more intense and the bread stays fresh longer.
