  • Buns – 8-10 pcs.
  • Boiled chicken thighs or legs – 2 pcs.
  • Champignons – 250 g

  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Julienne in a Bun Instructions

  1. Chop the onion into small dice and fry it slightly in a little oil.
  2. Slice the mushrooms coarsely so that they can be felt in the dish. Add them to the onions. Fry them and evaporate excess moisture.

  3. Cut the chicken meat into pieces. Add it to to the pan and let it heat for a few minutes.
  4. Add salt, pepper, sour cream, the grated cheese, and stir everything. As soon as the cheese begins to melt, turn off the heat (in 1-2 minutes). The filling is ready. By the way, it can also be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

  5. Cut the tops off the buns (with kitchen scissors), press the pulp – make some place for the filling.

  6. Stuff the buns well with the prepared julienne. Now you can warm up the stuffed buns in the microwave or put them into the oven for a few minutes.
  7. If desired, add some mayonnaise to the top and the finely chopped parsley.
