Ingredients
Champignons – 200 g
Onions – 70 g
Garlic – 1-2 teeth.
Cheese – 50-70 g
Cream – 200 ml
Flour – 2 tablespoons
Butter – 1 tablespoon.
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoon.
Spices to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the champignons.
Finely chop the garlic.
Grate the cheese.
Fry onions in vegetable oil. Add chopped garlic.
Send champignons, salt, spices there and fry the mushrooms until cooked.
Spread flour in a dry frying pan until creamy, add butter, mix.
After 1-2 minutes, pour in the cream. While stirring, bring to a boil.
Add the prepared sauce to the mushrooms and mix gently.
Arrange the mushrooms in a creamy sauce in portion molds (cocotte makers), greased with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake julienne with mushrooms in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
