Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 100 g mushrooms, diced
  • 20 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Shot cream
  • 7 large olives, black, diced
  • 1 can tuna, pickled in oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the diced onion and diced mushrooms in hot olive oil in a pan. Remove the oil from the tuna, mash it in the tin with a fork and add it with the tomato paste and bacon. Deglaze the whole thing with the sour cream and cream. Finally add the olives and garlic, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. As soon as the pasta has the desired consistency, strain and mix with the tuna sauce.
  4. Tip: If you like, you can season the whole thing with hot chilli flakes.
