Instructions

  1. Tear apart the kaffir leaves and heat with cream, milk and sugar. Simmer on a low flame for half an hour and let the aroma infuse. Pour through a sieve, heat again and dissolve the soaked gelatin sheets in the mixture. With three sheets of gelatine, the panna cotta stays quite soft. If you like it firmer, you can increase the amount of gelatin. Season to taste with a dash of Cointreau.
  2. Fill into small dessert molds and leave to set in the refrigerator for about three to four hours. To serve, draw a knife around the inner edge of the mold, then immerse it in hot water for a few seconds. Falling should then no longer be a problem.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
