Ingredients

  • 40 g butter
  • 40 grams flour
  • 1 liter broth
  • 50 g bacon
  • 1 onion (s), small
  • 1 leek
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 50 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 100 ml cream, sweet
  • 1 pinch (s) thyme

Instructions

  1. Make a stew from butter and flour, pour in the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes (so that it doesn`t taste like flour).
  2. Leave the bacon in a pan, add the diced onion and the leek cut into rings, fry until soft. Deglaze with white wine and add to the broth. Add the Emmentaler and let it boil briefly once. Add the sweet cream and thyme, season to taste and serve immediately.
  3. Tastes super delicious and is made very quickly. The soup can also be prepared well, then add the cheese, sweet cream and thyme just before eating and bring to the boil again.
