Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g chicken, cut into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 egg (s), whisked
  • 300 g rice, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce, approx., Possibly 2
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 onion (s), cut into strips
  • 1 tomato (s), finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 cucumber (s)

Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the garlic in the oil and the meat in the wok, after 3-4 minutes add the eggs. Then add the rice, fish and soy sauce, sugar, onion and pepper. When the rice is warm, fold in the spring onions and tomatoes. Cover the edge of the plate with cucumber slices and add the fried rice in the middle. You can also serve fish sauce with chillies (from the Asian shop).
  2. Pork or shrimp can also be used instead of the chicken. For shrimp, however, fry the garlic a little earlier.
