Ingredients

  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g reen spelled
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream (possibly more if necessary)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch herbs, fresh, chopped
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped or pressed

Instructions

  1. Sweat half of the onions in a saucepan in hot olive oil. Wash the green spelled. Add together with the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Let the green spelled swell for about 20 minutes on the lowest level.
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix into a sauce. Add the cooled green spelled, let it steep and serve - either warm or slightly chilled, depending on your taste.
  3. Suitable as an accompaniment to vegetables tossed in butter or to grilled dishes.
