Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and the clove of garlic and cut into large pieces. Wash the rosemary. Pepper the Kassler neck on all sides, sprinkle with marjoram and place in a grill bowl. Put the rosemary on top. Distribute the onions and garlic evenly in the grill tray.
