Ingredients

  • 400 g smoked pork loin
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 40 grams flour
  • 100 g cream and 3/4 l milk
  • 5 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water and peel off the peel. Wash the smoked pork, pat dry and dice. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Cut the spring onions into fine strips.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the garlic until translucent. Dust with flour and sweat. Deglaze with milk and cream and bring to the boil. Stir the smoked pork chops, spring onions and cheese into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, stir in chopped parsley.
  3. Put the potatoes in an ovenproof dish and pour the Kassel sauce over them.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
