Instructions

  1. Cut the smoked pork into cubes and fry.
  2. Add the cleaned beans (just cut off the ends and wash briefly) and chopped garlic, as well as some vegetable stock. Put the lid on and cook for about 15 minutes over low heat. Add cocktail tomatoes (whole or halved at most) and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the brewing liquid into a baking dish and cover with the cheese. Baked until the cheese is lightly brown.
  4. We find it very tasty and light despite the cheese.
  5. A good meal if you want to give up carbohydrates.
  6. Sufficient for 3 people, depending on how hungry you are.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
