Ingredients

  • 500 g smoked pork (fillet or neck)
  • 8 potato (s)
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red or yellow
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 100 g beans (French beans)
  • 100 g peas
  • 100 g kidney beans, red
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 3 teaspoons broth, clear, instant
  • 600 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry paste, red

Instructions

  1. Cut the smoked pork into bite-sized pieces. Clean and cut or dice the vegetables. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Fry the smoked pork in oil (approx. 4 minutes). Put the roast in a bowl. Then add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pot or wok and briefly sear the vegetables (peppers, beans, peas, garlic, carrots, onions and green beans) (4 min.).
  3. Then pour the water into the pot and add the broth, pepper and salt (to taste) and creme fraîche, stir a little. Then put the meat with the meat juice and the potatoes in the saucepan (stir). Briefly bring to the boil, then turn the stove down and let the whole thing simmer slowly for about 1/2 hour.
  4. Finally, I add 1/2 teaspoon of red curry paste, then it tastes a little more piquant with a slight spiciness.
