  • 400 g Kasseler minute steaks
  • 5 potato (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 400 g beans, frozen
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, optional
  • some broth powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • some parsley
  • Feta cheese
  • Oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes. Cook together in salted water until al dente. Boil the beans in a separate saucepan with salted water until they are firm to the bite
  2. Cut the smoked pork into cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil. Drain the vegetables and add to the smoked ham and fry them. Mix the cream with mustard and broth and add the smoked ham and vegetables mixture to taste with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and simmer briefly.
  3. If you want, you can crumble feta over it at the end.
