Ingredients

  • 800 g smoked pork, boneless
  • 30 g butter
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled rosemary, dried
  • 0.25 liter ¼ white wine
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 400 g leeks

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes and fry lightly in the hot fat over medium heat.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add the potato pieces to the meat and sauté. Add the rosemary, wine and cream. Season with thyme and pepper and stew covered for 20 minutes. Cut the leek into slightly wider rings and add. Cook everything for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Season again to taste before serving.
