  • 1 can pineapple (medium sized )
  • 2 apple
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 125 ml cream
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the smoked pork and cut into pieces. Cut the pineapple into pieces or sticks. Peel the apples and cut into sticks. Then mix lemon juice, cream, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with smoked pork, pineapple and apples and let it steep for a while before you eat it.
