  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Cheese, grated
  • Butter, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Dice the smoked pork and put in a buttered casserole dish. Squeeze out the sauerkraut and spread it over the smoked pork.
  2. Mix the dough with the eggs and cream, spread on the sauerkraut and sprinkle everything with the grated cheese.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven for approx. 1 hour at 170 ° C convection until golden yellow.
  4. Put a lid on for the first half an hour or cover with aluminum foil.
